Local Knowledge

Chris is a 10 year resident of Cape Coral and has been a Realtor since 2002. His passion for improving the community is exemplified in the many associations of which he is involved. Most recently, Chris served as a City Council member where he helped to decrease the city budget and opened 2 new city parks and 3 fire stations. His enthusiasm for the community is one reason Chris chose real estate as his primary career.

Chris began working at the early age of 14. Today, this strong work ethic drives him to find just the right property for his clients. The majority of his business is based on referrals. His customers, their family and friends, continue to count on him for all their real estate needs. He specializes in helping investors find the right properties, along with New Home/Condominium sales. His knowledge of the city and its surrounding communities is second to none.

Business History

Previously, Chris worked in management for the Meadowlands Sports Complex in his home state of New Jersey and has managed two golf course communities in North Fort Myers.

He has also lived in Ohio, where he earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Dayton, and was a District Manager for a subsidiary of Marathon Oil. While a District Manager, Chris relocated to Florida for business, and it was then he decided Florida was paradise. He has been here ever since.
