Patrick Quinlan was born and raised in SouthBend, IN. He is a 13 year resident of Cape Coral, and has been in residential and commercial real estate for 4 years.

He has worked in several different capacities within this community that give him a unique perspective on the Cape. From taking on roles in the hospitality business to advertising & marketing, such as marketing specialist, to commercial real estate, Patrick’s diverse set of skills have led him to be successful in any endeavor he takes on.

Patrick feels fortunate to have formed a large network of friends and business associates. Often referred to as someone with a “Bartender’s ear” and a “Beachcomber style”, Patrick will go the extra mile to act as your personal real estate resource – helping you through the entire real estate transaction, and finding the solutions to your real estate needs; all with a very positive attitude.

Patrick has been a strong supporter of the Cape for many years. His passion for this community has led him to become a strong supporter of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and other organizations. His affiliations include:

Patrick’s perspective on life is to give back to the community, take the extra step to help others, and always steer people in a positive direction. He is a true believer in teamwork, and that helping others be the best they can be is the key to success. Personally, Patrick loves spending time with his family and friends in the abundant sunshine in SW Florida.
